Eligibility

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraudulent activity.

Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Shipping

We ship within Australia only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. If your order is not delivered or is lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Returns and Refunds

Unopened, sealed vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Damaged or incorrect products reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced or refunded at no cost. Full terms are in our returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
