Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day from Queensland, with tracking emailed to you. Later orders go the next business day; weekend orders ship Monday.
Every order ships by tracked Australia Post Express: free on orders of $200 or more, $15 otherwise. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 1–2 business days to Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide; 2–3 business days to Perth and Hobart; 3–5 business days to Darwin. Regional and remote areas can take longer.
