What to include
An order
Your order number (it starts VL- and is in your confirmation email), and what you need: tracking, a change, or a problem with what arrived. For damage, add photos.
Shipping and trackingA product
The compound and strength you are looking at. For storage and reconstitution, the guide and calculator may answer it straight away.
Peptide guideA certificate
The compound, strength, and the task number and unique key printed on the certificate. You can also verify them with PepScan yourself.
COA Library
Need to change an order? Write as soon as you can: orders placed before 2:00pm AESTon business days leave the same day, and can't be changed once dispatched.
