Yes. Every peptide in our range is blind-tested by PepScan Australia, an independent laboratory: they receive the sample without being told what it should be, then identify it and measure its purity by HPLC. Anything below 98% purity is rejected.

Yes. Every certificate is published in our COA Library and on each product page. Each one carries a task number and a unique key you can enter on the PepScan Australia website, so you can confirm the certificate is genuine.

It depends on the compound and what it is for. Many research peptides, including BPC-157 and TB-500, are Schedule 4 (prescription-only) in the Poisons Standard when intended for human use, and none has an approved product on the ARTG. Every order ships by tracked Australia Post Express. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 1–2 business days to Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide; 2–3 business days to Perth and Hobart; 3–5 business days to Darwin. Regional and remote areas can take longer.

Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders after that are dispatched the next business day.

Unopened, sealed vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, tell us within 7 days and we replace or refund it at no cost. Orders lost in transit are reshipped free.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, for vials that are unopened with the seal intact and in their original packaging. You pay the return postage, and the original shipping fee isn't refunded. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, contact us. We'll investigate with the courier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, reship it at no cost.

Email support@vantalab.com.au within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, and cover any return postage.

Somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate reconstituted peptides at 2–8°C. Unreconstituted peptides can be kept at room temperature, though refrigeration is preferred.

Unreconstituted peptides typically keep for 24 months when stored properly. Once reconstituted, use within 4–6 weeks and keep refrigerated.
